Manggar is a family business based in Canggu, Bali. The word Manggar means coconut flower, representing one of the most essentials plants in the archipelago. People of the islands utilize almost every  part of it, the branch, flower, leaves and the fruit. The philosophy of the coconut tree resonates throughout our restaurant, working towards no waste.

Inspired by the memory of family’s previous beachside restaurant in East Kalimantan, Manggar in Canggu shares the same relaxing beachside vibes, aiming to continue the family tradition to provide customers with a memorable dining experience in a cozy, welcoming atmosphere.
